The Hospice de Nuits estate is “launching” its harvest this Friday, September 17th.
Jean-Marc Moron waited for the sun to return to the Côte de Nuits to start harvesting the vineyards, starting with the plots of Gevrey-Chambertin “Les Champs-Chenys”, which will produce the cuvée Irène Noblet , the only cuvée from the estate that does not come from the Nuits-Saint-Georges appellation .
The team preferred not to delay the harvest of their grapes, which are now in practically perfect sanitary condition. The harvest promises to be good for the estate: the result will be judged at the end of the harvest!
